Course Overview
This course introduces you to Primavera P6, a project planning and scheduling tool used in construction and engineering projects. You will learn how to create and manage project schedules, assign resources, track progress, and control project performance. The course focuses on practical scheduling tasks used by planners and project managers in real projects.
Course Description
You will work through the full project scheduling process using Primavera P6. The course covers project setup, work breakdown structure (WBS), activity creation, relationship logic, calendars, resource assignment, and schedule updating. You will also learn how to analyze schedule performance, monitor delays, and generate reports to support project decisions.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course you will be able to:

- Develop activity lists and define activity relationships
- Build and manage project schedules in Primavera P6
- Assign resources and monitor resource usage
- Track project progress and update schedules
- Analyze schedule performance and identify delays

Assessment
Learner performance will be evaluated through exercises. A short quiz is used to check understanding of key scheduling concepts.
