Course Overview
This course explores Emotional Intelligence (EI) as a practical skill for leadership, teamwork, negotiation, and decision-making. Across ten modules, participants study the core elements of EI—self-awareness, self-control, motivation, empathy, and social skills—and connect them to daily professional situations. The focus is on clear methods to manage emotions, build stronger relationships, handle conflict, and make sound decisions.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Define the main elements of Emotional Intelligence and explain their role in the workplace.
- Apply Emotional Intelligence to strengthen teamwork, negotiation, and conflict handling.
- Demonstrate practical techniques for self-awareness and emotional control under pressure.
- Integrate empathy and attentive listening to improve communication and trust.
- Assess decision-making with Emotional Intelligence to reach balanced and fair results.
Participants will complete short knowledge checks at the end of each module, followed by a final quiz covering all modules. Case-based exercises and reflection questions will be used to evaluate the ability to apply Emotional Intelligence to workplace scenarios.
